Providing solution/ procedure to register, protect the trademark; invention, utility and industrial design; copyrights and handling violations of intellectual property

1. Trademark

• Provide consultancy services for trademark protection in Viet Nam and registration of trademark abroad.
• Check the available of labels, consult, and assess before registration of trademark in Vietnam.
• Support and enforce trademark protection rights: conduct investigation, monitoring, negotiation, mediation, court action or request competent agencies to handle trademark infringement in Vietnam and foreign country.
• Negotiate, draft, evaluate and register contracts of transferring usage rights or trademark ownership in Vietnam and in foreign country.

2. Invention, utility and industrial design

• Consulting on registration of protection for patents, useful solution and industrial design, implement protection registration procedure in Vietnam and internationally.
• Check parents, useful solution and industrial design; consult preliminary assessment of the ability to register for protection in Vietnam.
• Extend validity, record change to patents, useful solutions and industrial design.

3. Copyrights

• Consult on foundation, establishment, change, termination of copyright/related rights.
• Consult implementation of procedures relating to the registration of copyright/related rights.
• Consult represent clients in negotiating and drafting contracts of using, transferring and other contracts relating to copyright / related rights.
• Claim on decisions related to the certification of copyright / related right.

4. Handling violations of intellectual property

• Request competent national agencies / organizations to assess and conclude on infringement of intellectual property rights.
• Require organizations/individuals to stop violation.
• Request competent state agencies to handle violations.
